Aggregators & clients

Every client runs on its own rules. Rydr& keeps them apart.

Each delivery platform you work with pays differently, counts attendance differently and closes its period on a different day. Set those rules once per client and every rider linked to that client inherits them.

Client onboarding, rider assignment, rates and per-client payroll periods.

  • Client onboarding
  • Employee-to-client linking
  • Rates & essential data
  • Master attendance sheets
  • Payroll periods & locks
  • Client-specific formulas

Capabilities

What it does.

What Aggregators & clients covers inside Rydr&.

01

Client onboarding

Register aggregators and direct clients with their contacts, service areas and contract essentials.

02

Employee-to-client linking

Assign riders to a client with start and end dates, so you always know who worked for whom and when.

03

Rates & essential data

Store per-order, per-hour and fixed rates alongside the fields each client asks for in reports.

04

Master attendance sheets

Import or build each client’s attendance sheet and match rows to the right employee automatically.

05

Payroll periods & locks

Open and close periods per client. A locked period cannot be edited without an explicit unlock.

06

Client-specific formulas

Express each client’s pay logic as a formula, so the same order count produces the right pay for each contract.

Workflow

How it works.

  1. 1

    Configure

Add the client, its rates, its period dates and its pay formula.

  2. 2

    Link

Assign riders. Their attendance and orders now roll up under that client.

  3. 3

    Lock

When the period closes, lock it. Payroll reads from a snapshot that no longer moves.

Boundaries

What Aggregators & clients does not do, stated plainly.

  • Rydr& does not connect to aggregator apps on its own; attendance arrives through imports or your own integrations.
