Delete your Rydr& account.
Rydr& accounts can’t be deleted from inside the app. Send us a request with the form below, and an administrator will confirm it with you before anything is removed.
How it works
Step 1
Send the request form
Fill in the form on this page. Accounts can’t be deleted from inside the Rydr& app.
Step 2
An administrator reviews it
A Rydr& administrator checks the request against your account.
Step 3
We confirm with you
We email you and call the phone number you gave, to make sure the request came from you and that you want to go ahead.
Step 4
Your account is deleted
Only after you confirm does the administrator delete your account. We email you once it’s done. If you don’t confirm, nothing is deleted.
What is deleted
- Your Rydr& account and sign-in
- Your profile and contact details in the app
- Devices and notification settings linked to your account
What may be kept
- Records your employer must keep by UAE law, such as payroll, attendance and visa records, for as long as the law requires
- A record that your deletion request was received and handled
