UAE compliance

See every expiry and mismatch before an inspector does.

Emirates IDs, visas, licences, ministry rosters, WPS and Emiratisation. Rydr& keeps the evidence on the same record as the people it belongs to, and shows you what needs attention first.

What’s covered

The paperwork, under control.

Five areas where UAE delivery companies most often get caught out, each with its own view in Rydr&.

01

Document expiry

Emirates ID, passport, visa and driving licence for every person, rolled into one document-health score and split into expired, due within 30 days, due in 31–60 days and valid. Records missing an expiry date are counted too, and riders can upload renewals from their phone for HR to review.

  • Emirates ID
  • Passport
  • Visa
  • Driving licence
02

MOHRE / MOL reconciliation

Upload the company roster you already download and Rydr& matches it to your people: active and listed, on leave and listed, or gone but still listed.

  • Roster import
  • Active & in MOL
  • Leavers still listed
03

WPS visibility

For each payroll period, see which salaries were covered by a WPS file and which were not, next to the payroll that produced them.

  • Per period
  • Covered vs not covered
04

Emiratisation & GPSSA

A register of Emirati employees with salary records, GPSSA transactions, MOL positions and contracts, and a coverage score that shows where evidence is missing.

  • Salary records
  • GPSSA
  • MOL position
  • Contracts
05

Accident records

Log incidents against the rider and vehicle involved, with police references, photos and follow-up actions, so the history is there when insurers ask.

  • Rider & vehicle
  • Police reference
  • Follow-ups

Emiratisation

Evidence ready when it’s asked for.

Mark Emirati employees, then keep their salary records, GPSSA transactions, MOL position and attendance together. Coverage is measured month by month, counting active employees only.

  • Bulk upload a list or mark employees one by one
  • Breakdown by emirate and by client
  • Months missing and contracts due are flagged
  • Every field optional. Nothing here blocks day-to-day work

Questions

Straight answers.

Does Rydr& file with MOHRE, ICP or GPSSA for us?

No. Rydr& does not submit anything to government systems. It shows what matches and what does not, so your PRO or HR team knows exactly what to act on.

Does Rydr& process WPS salary payments?

No. Salaries are still paid through your bank or exchange house. Rydr& prepares the payroll and shows which salaries a WPS file covered.

Where does the ministry data come from?

From the files you already download from the official portals. You upload them; Rydr& reconciles them against your own records.

Is this legal advice?

No. Compliance views are evidence and reminders to help your team stay on top of obligations. They are not a substitute for professional advice.
